Surah At-Tawba Ayah 23
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَّخِذُوۤا۟ ءَابَاۤءَكُمۡ وَإِخۡوَ ٰنَكُمۡ أَوۡلِیَاۤءَ إِنِ ٱسۡتَحَبُّوا۟ ٱلۡكُفۡرَ عَلَى ٱلۡإِیمَـٰنِۚ وَمَن یَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمۡ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ
English
O you who have believed, do not take your fathers or your brothers as allies if they have preferred disbelief over belief. And whoever does so among you - then it is those who are the wrongdoers.
