Surah At-Tawba Ayah 27
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.
27
ثُمَّ یَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَ ٰلِكَ عَلَىٰ مَن یَشَاۤءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ
English
Then Allah will accept repentance after that for whom He wills; and Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

پھر (تم یہ بھی دیکھ چکے ہو کہ) اس طرح سزا دینے کے بعد اللہ جس کو چاہتا ہے توبہ کی توفیق بھی بخش دیتا ہے، اللہ در گزر کرنے والا اور رحم فرمانے والا ہے
