Surah At-Tawba Ayah 29
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.
قَـٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلَّذِینَ لَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَلَا بِٱلۡیَوۡمِ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرِ وَلَا یُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَلَا یَدِینُونَ دِینَ ٱلۡحَقِّ مِنَ ٱلَّذِینَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ حَتَّىٰ یُعۡطُوا۟ ٱلۡجِزۡیَةَ عَن یَدࣲ وَهُمۡ صَـٰغِرُونَ
Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.
جنگ کرو اہل کتاب میں سے اُن لوگوں کے خلاف جو اللہ اور روز آخر پر ایمان نہیں لاتے اور جو کچھ اللہ اور اس کے رسول نے حرام قرار دیا ہے اسے حرام نہیں کرتے اور دین حق کو اپنا دین نہیں بناتے (ان سے لڑو) یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنے ہاتھ سے جزیہ دیں اور چھوٹے بن کر رہیں
