Surah At-Tawba Ayah 32
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

یُرِیدُونَ أَن یُطۡفِـُٔوا۟ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفۡوَ ٰهِهِمۡ وَیَأۡبَى ٱللَّهُ إِلَّاۤ أَن یُتِمَّ نُورَهُۥ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ
English
They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.

یہ لوگ چاہتے ہیں کہ اللہ کی روشنی کو اپنی پھونکوں سے بجھا دیں مگر اللہ اپنی روشنی کو مکمل کیے بغیر ماننے والا نہیں ہے خواہ کافروں کو یہ کتنا ہی ناگوار ہو
