Surah At-Tawba Ayah 62
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

یَحۡلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ لَكُمۡ لِیُرۡضُوكُمۡ وَٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥۤ أَحَقُّ أَن یُرۡضُوهُ إِن كَانُوا۟ مُؤۡمِنِینَ
English
They swear by Allah to you [Muslims] to satisfy you. But Allah and His Messenger are more worthy for them to satisfy, if they should be believers.

یہ لوگ تمہارے سامنے قسمیں کھاتے ہیں تاکہ تمہیں راضی کریں، حالانکہ اگر یہ مومن ہیں تو اللہ اور رسول اس کے زیادہ حق دار ہیں کہ یہ ان کو راضی کرنے کی فکر کریں
