Surah At-Tawba Ayah 64
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

یَحۡذَرُ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقُونَ أَن تُنَزَّلَ عَلَیۡهِمۡ سُورَةࣱ تُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا فِی قُلُوبِهِمۡۚ قُلِ ٱسۡتَهۡزِءُوۤا۟ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡرِجࣱ مَّا تَحۡذَرُونَ
English
They hypocrites are apprehensive lest a surah be revealed about them, informing them of what is in their hearts. Say, "Mock [as you wish]; indeed, Allah will expose that which you fear."
