Surah At-Tawba Ayah 76
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

فَلَمَّاۤ ءَاتَىٰهُم مِّن فَضۡلِهِۦ بَخِلُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ

مگر جب اللہ نے اپنے فضل سے ان کو دولت مند کر دیا تو وہ بخل پر اتر آئے اور اپنے عہد سے ایسے پھرے کہ انہیں اس کی پروا تک نہیں ہے
