Surah At-Tawba Ayah 92
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.
وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِینَ إِذَا مَاۤ أَتَوۡكَ لِتَحۡمِلَهُمۡ قُلۡتَ لَاۤ أَجِدُ مَاۤ أَحۡمِلُكُمۡ عَلَیۡهِ تَوَلَّوا۟ وَّأَعۡیُنُهُمۡ تَفِیضُ مِنَ ٱلدَّمۡعِ حَزَنًا أَلَّا یَجِدُوا۟ مَا یُنفِقُونَ
Nor [is there blame] upon those who, when they came to you that you might give them mounts, you said, "I can find nothing for you to ride upon." They turned back while their eyes overflowed with tears out of grief that they could not find something to spend [for the cause of Allah].
اسی طرح اُن لوگوں پر بھی کوئی اعتراض کا موقع نہیں ہے جنہوں نے خود آ کر تم سے درخواست کی تھی کہ ہمارے لیے سواریاں بہم پہنچائی جائیں، اور جب تم نے کہا کہ میں تمہارے لیے سواریوں کا انتظام نہیں کرسکتا تو وہ مجبوراً واپس گئے اور حال یہ تھا کہ ان کی آنکھوں سے آنسو جاری تھے اور انہیں اس بات کا بڑا رنج تھا کہ وہ اپنے خرچ پر شریک جہاد ہونے کی مقدرت نہیں رکھتے
