أَمۡ خَلَقُوا۟ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَۚ بَل لَّا یُوقِنُونَ

Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain.
