أَمۡ عِندَهُمۡ خَزَاۤىِٕنُ رَبِّكَ أَمۡ هُمُ ٱلۡمُصَۣیۡطِرُونَ

Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]?
