Surah Az-Zukhruf Ayah 23
سُورَةُ الزُّخۡرُفِSurah Az-Zukhruf addresses materialism and the delusion of worldly ornaments. It refutes false beliefs about Allah and presents the truth about Isa (Jesus).

وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ مَاۤ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ فِی قَرۡیَةࣲ مِّن نَّذِیرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتۡرَفُوهَاۤ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَاۤ ءَابَاۤءَنَا عَلَىٰۤ أُمَّةࣲ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰۤ ءَاثَـٰرِهِم مُّقۡتَدُونَ
English
And similarly, We did not send before you any warner into a city except that its affluent said, "Indeed, we found our fathers upon a religion, and we are, in their footsteps, following."

اِسی طرح تم سے پہلے جس بستی میں بھی ہم نے کوئی نذیر بھیجا، اُس کے کھاتے پیتے لوگوں نے یہی کہا کہ ہم نے اپنے باپ دادا کو ایک طریقے پر پایا ہے اور ہم اُنہی کے نقش قدم کی پیروی کر رہے ہیں
