Surah Ghafir (Mau’min) Ayah 34
سُورَةُ غَافِرٍSurah Ghafir (also called Al-Mu'min) highlights Allah's attribute of forgiveness. It tells of a believing man from Pharaoh's family who secretly supported Musa.
وَلَقَدۡ جَاۤءَكُمۡ یُوسُفُ مِن قَبۡلُ بِٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِ فَمَا زِلۡتُمۡ فِی شَكࣲّ مِّمَّا جَاۤءَكُم بِهِۦۖ حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا هَلَكَ قُلۡتُمۡ لَن یَبۡعَثَ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ رَسُولࣰاۚ كَذَ ٰلِكَ یُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَنۡ هُوَ مُسۡرِفࣱ مُّرۡتَابٌ
And Joseph had already come to you before with clear proofs, but you remained in doubt of that which he brought to you, until when he died, you said, 'Never will Allah send a messenger after him.' Thus does Allah leave astray he who is a transgressor and skeptic."
اس سے پہلے یوسفؑ تمہارے پاس بینات لے کر آئے تھے مگر تم اُن کی لائی ہوئی تعلیم کی طرف سے شک ہی میں پڑے رہے پھر جب اُن کا انتقال ہو گیا تو تم نے کہا اب اُن کے بعد اللہ کوئی رسول ہرگز نہ بھیجے گا" اِسی طرح اللہ اُن سب لوگوں کو گمراہی میں ڈال دیتا ہے جو حد سے گزرنے والے اور شکی ہوتے ہیں
