Surah Ghafir (Mau’min) Ayah 66
سُورَةُ غَافِرٍSurah Ghafir (also called Al-Mu'min) highlights Allah's attribute of forgiveness. It tells of a believing man from Pharaoh's family who secretly supported Musa.
۞ قُلۡ إِنِّی نُهِیتُ أَنۡ أَعۡبُدَ ٱلَّذِینَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَمَّا جَاۤءَنِیَ ٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتُ مِن رَّبِّی وَأُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أُسۡلِمَ لِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you call upon besides Allah once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds."
اے نبیؐ، اِن لوگوں سے کہہ دو کہ مجھے تو اُن ہستیوں کی عبادت سے منع کر دیا گیا ہے جنہیں تم اللہ کو چھوڑ کر پکارتے ہو (میں یہ کام کیسے کر سکتا ہوں) جبکہ میرے پاس میرے رب کی طرف سے بینات آ چکی ہیں مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں رب العالمین کے آگے سرِ تسلیم خم کر دوں
