Surah Qaaf Ayah 18

مَّا یَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَیۡهِ رَقِیبٌ عَتِیدࣱ

Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].
