Surah Qaaf Ayah 43

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نُحۡیِۦ وَنُمِیتُ وَإِلَیۡنَا ٱلۡمَصِیرُ

Indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and to Us is the destination
