Surah Saba Ayah 37

سُورَةُ سَبَإٍ
Sheba 54 Ayahs Meccan Juz 22

Surah Saba tells of the kingdom of Sheba (Saba) and how their ingratitude led to their downfall. It also mentions Prophets Dawud and Sulayman.

37
وَمَاۤ أَمۡوَ ٰ⁠لُكُمۡ وَلَاۤ أَوۡلَـٰدُكُم بِٱلَّتِی تُقَرِّبُكُمۡ عِندَنَا زُلۡفَىٰۤ إِلَّا مَنۡ ءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَـٰلِحࣰا فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ لَهُمۡ جَزَاۤءُ ٱلضِّعۡفِ بِمَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَهُمۡ فِی ٱلۡغُرُفَـٰتِ ءَامِنُونَ
English

And it is not your wealth or your children that bring you nearer to Us in position, but it is [by being] one who has believed and done righteousness. For them there will be the double reward for what they did, and they will be in the upper chambers [of Paradise], safe [and secure].
