إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَیۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ

Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ جن لوگوں پر تیرے رب کا قول راست آگیا ہے ان کے سامنے خواہ کوئی نشانی آ جائے
