وَلَكُمۡ فِی ٱلۡقِصَاصِ حَیَوٰةࣱ یَـٰۤأُو۟لِی ٱلۡأَلۡبَـٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ

اور اے اہل عقل (حکم) قصاص میں (تمہاری) زندگانی ہے کہ تم (قتل و خونریزی سے) بچو
