فَلَاۤ اُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشٰرِقِ وَالْمَغٰرِبِ اِنَّا لَقٰدِرُوْنَ ۟ۙ

So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
