Surah Al-Qasas Ayah 31
سُورَةُ القَصَصِSurah Al-Qasas provides a detailed narrative of Musa's life from birth through his mission, including the story of Qarun (Korah) and his destruction due to arrogance.
31
وَأَنۡ أَلۡقِ عَصَاكَۚ فَلَمَّا رَءَاهَا تَهۡتَزُّ كَأَنَّهَا جَاۤنࣱّ وَلَّىٰ مُدۡبِرࣰا وَلَمۡ یُعَقِّبۡۚ یَـٰمُوسَىٰۤ أَقۡبِلۡ وَلَا تَخَفۡۖ إِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡـَٔامِنِینَ
English
And [he was told], "Throw down your staff." But when he saw it writhing as if it was a snake, he turned in flight and did not return. [Allah said], "O Moses, approach and fear not. Indeed, you are of the secure.
Urdu
اور یہ کہ اپنی لاٹھی ڈالدو۔ جب دیکھا کہ وہ حرکت کر رہی ہے گویا سانپ ہے، تو پیٹھ پھیر کر چل دیئے اور پیچھے پھر کر بھی نہ دیکھا۔ (ہم نے کہا کہ) موسٰی آگے آؤ اور ڈرومت تم امن پانے والوں میں ہو
