Surah An-Noor Ayah 3
سُورَةُ النُّورِSurah An-Nur establishes laws protecting family honor and social morality. It contains the famous Light Verse (Ayat an-Nur) describing Allah as the Light of the heavens and earth.

ٱلزَّانِی لَا یَنكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِیَةً أَوۡ مُشۡرِكَةࣰ وَٱلزَّانِیَةُ لَا یَنكِحُهَاۤ إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوۡ مُشۡرِكࣱۚ وَحُرِّمَ ذَ ٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ
English
The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers.
Urdu
بدکار مرد تو بدکار یا مشرک عورت کے سوا نکاح نہیں کرتا اور بدکار عورت کو بھی بدکار یا مشرک مرد کے سوا اور کوئی نکاح میں نہیں لاتا اور یہ (یعنی بدکار عورت سے نکاح کرنا) مومنوں پر حرام ہے
