Surah Ash-Shura Ayah 39
سُورَةُ الشُّورَىٰSurah Ash-Shura emphasizes consultation (Shura) as a principle of community life. It discusses divine revelation and the unity of all prophetic messages.

وَٱلَّذِینَ إِذَاۤ أَصَابَهُمُ ٱلۡبَغۡیُ هُمۡ یَنتَصِرُونَ
English
And those who, when tyranny strikes them, they defend themselves,

اور جو ایسے ہیں کہ جب ان پر ظلم وتعدی ہو تو (مناسب طریقے سے) بدلہ لیتے ہیں
