Surah At-Tawba Ayah 15
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.
15
وَیُذۡهِبۡ غَیۡظَ قُلُوبِهِمۡۗ وَیَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن یَشَاۤءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمٌ حَكِیمٌ
English
And remove the fury in the believers' hearts. And Allah turns in forgiveness to whom He wills; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.

اور ان کے دلوں سے غصہ دور کرے گا اور جس پر چاہے گا رحمت کرے گا۔ اور خدا سب کچھ جانتا (اور) حکمت والا ہے
