Surah At-Tawba Ayah 8
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.
كَیۡفَ وَإِن یَظۡهَرُوا۟ عَلَیۡكُمۡ لَا یَرۡقُبُوا۟ فِیكُمۡ إِلࣰّا وَلَا ذِمَّةࣰۚ یُرۡضُونَكُم بِأَفۡوَ ٰهِهِمۡ وَتَأۡبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمۡ وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ فَـٰسِقُونَ
How [can there be a treaty] while, if they gain dominance over you, they do not observe concerning you any pact of kinship or covenant of protection? They satisfy you with their mouths, but their hearts refuse [compliance], and most of them are defiantly disobedient.
(بھلا ان سے عہد) کیونکر (پورا کیا جائے جب ان کا یہ حال ہے) کہ اگر تم پر غلبہ پالیں تو نہ قرابت کا لحاظ کریں نہ عہد کا۔ یہ منہ سے تو تمہیں خوش کر دیتے ہیں لیکن ان کے دل (ان باتوں کو) قبول نہیں کرتے۔ اور ان میں اکثر نافرمان ہیں
