Surah At-Tawba Ayah 87
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

رَضُوا۟ بِأَن یَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلۡخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا یَفۡقَهُونَ
English
They were satisfied to be with those who stay behind, and their hearts were sealed over, so they do not understand.
Urdu
یہ اس بات سے خوش ہیں کہ عورتوں کے ساتھ جو پیچھے رہ جاتی ہیں۔ (گھروں میں بیٹھ) رہیں ان کے دلوں پر مہر لگا دی گئی ہے تو یہ سمجھتے ہی نہیں
