Surah Az-Zalzalah describes the earth's violent shaking on Judgment Day when it will reveal all that occurred on it and people will see their deeds.

وَمَنْ یَّعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا یَّرَهٗ ۟۠

And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.
