Surah Qaaf Ayah 16
سُورَةُ قٓSurah Qaf begins with the mysterious letter Qaf and focuses on resurrection and the afterlife. It mentions the recording angels and the certainty of death.

وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ وَنَعۡلَمُ مَا تُوَسۡوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفۡسُهُۥۖ وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَیۡهِ مِنۡ حَبۡلِ ٱلۡوَرِیدِ
English
And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein

ہم نے انسان کو پیدا کیا ہے اور اس کے دل میں ابھرنے والے وسوسوں تک کو ہم جانتے ہیں ہم اس کی رگ گردن سے بھی زیادہ اُس سے قریب ہیں
