Surah Qaaf Ayah 16
سُورَةُ قٓSurah Qaf begins with the mysterious letter Qaf and focuses on resurrection and the afterlife. It mentions the recording angels and the certainty of death.

وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ وَنَعۡلَمُ مَا تُوَسۡوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفۡسُهُۥۖ وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَیۡهِ مِنۡ حَبۡلِ ٱلۡوَرِیدِ
English
And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein

اور ہم ہی نے انسان کو پیدا کیا ہے اور جو خیالات اس کے دل میں گزرتے ہیں ہم ان کو جانتے ہیں۔ اور ہم اس کی رگ جان سے بھی اس سے زیادہ قریب ہیں
